Here at General Prints, 100% customer satisfaction is our goal and we will do our best to make it right!
For shipped orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the finished product after receiving it, you may send it back to us for a full refund. We want to make sure that your cards look exactly as you expected them to.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for issues involving user errors: E.g. incorrect shipping address provided, approving of card details with errors. We do not ship until the customer approves the proofs for shipping, this is done to catch any errors.
We will however offer big discounts on reprinting and reshipping even if it was the customers fault.
For printable/digital orders:
Due to the nature of digital products, a refund can only be issued if it has been less than 12 hours from your order placement and if your order has not yet been created and sent to you via email.
We will still like to help you out as much as possible after the fact; you may request changes to your card at no extra charge, so if there is a date change, time change etc.. we can change it for free.
If you ordered one design and had a change of heart and would have liked a different one instead (happens all the time with kids), we will change it for you at no extra charge.
