Q: Are envelopes included with my order?

A: Yes, envelopes are included with all shipped orders. Not included for print at home orders.

Q: I just placed my order. How long till I receive my proof/printable via email?

A: Proofs and Printables are sent out the same day/night you placed your order. On rare occassions it might take over 24 hours.

Q: I haven't received my proof or printable by email after 24 hours. What's going on?

A: Rarely do we take longer than 24 hours to send your proof. Chances are that our email went to a spam or junk mail folder. Please check your email's spam/junk mail folders before contacting us. Otherwise, please let us know.

Q: What size and type of paper do the invites come on?

A: Our invitations come profesionally printed on 4x6 in. glossy photo paper.

Q: Do you print the return address on the envelopes?

A: Not at this time. Sorry but we're only setup for photo prints and nothing else for now.

Q: What are your delivery times?

A: We ship via USPS Priority & Express Mail. Depending on the service you pay for, your invites will arrive within 1-2 days for Express Mail and 2-3 for Priority Mail after your order ships out.

Q: I like one of your birthday designs but would like to use it for a baby shower invitation instead. Is that possible?

A: Yes, most of our invitations can be re-worded to fit your occassion. Feel free to email us with your request before ordering.

Q: Do you have a mail order option for those who prefer to not use a credit card online?

A: Yes, you may place your order via mail by sending a money order instead. Please contact us for more details if you're interested in this option.

Q: I like your invitations but I'm looking for a particular theme that you don't have. Can you make it?

A: Occasionally we take requests and create the invitation you're looking for. Please email us with your request and we'll let you know asap what we can do for you.
